The first core belief at Bean is that every child contains within themselves the capability and desire to learn and grow. The role of the education system is to provide the environment and tools needed by each student to convert capability and desire into realized results. Bean fits within this system by providing the tools needed to optimize the education path of each individual. For the first time, education will be delivered personally and at scale.

The second core belief at Bean is that you are defined by what you measure. Our expertise in teaching and data analysis allow us to construct measures that are rooted in scientific research. These measures allow us to optimize learning over the lifetime, not just for the current semester.
